How to use

Directions: Adults: Add one level scoop (10g) to 250ml water and shaker or mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

For optimal results consume 30 minutes prior to your workout. Maximum one serve per day.

Storage: Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. Do not use if safety seal is broken. Use within 6 weeks of opening.

Each bio-based tub is 200g / 20 serves.

Listening to other women who have tried this product rave about it, I knew I had to try it and I was over the moon that it could be shipped to Australia. I was looking for products that weren’t filled with ‘nasties’ and would leave me feeling horrible and when I heard how well made Lakoa products were, I knew I was onto a winner. I tried the pre workout before heading to the gym to complete my physio program and I was blown away with how much energy I had. I felt I could keep on going.
