LAKOA is happy to accept returned items purchased from www.lakoanutrition.com if the items you ordered from our website are defective, damaged or the incorrect item was sent. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. We do not accept returns if you change your mind so please choose carefully.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you receive them, unused and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@lakoanutrition.com
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unclaimed orders
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and being available for delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed, it will be held at the local post office or relevant centre for 5–10 business days, depending on location and postal service. If unclaimed, orders returned to us are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
