Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
3 cups natural greek yoghurt (unsweetened)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup
2 scoops LAKOA Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
Method
Whisk together the greek yoghurt, milk, maple syrup and protein powder until smooth. Stir through the chia seeds and let sit for 10 minutes on the bench. Stir again and place in the fridge overnight.
Makes 4 serves.
