You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent, plus bonus points for actions like creating an account, starting a subscription, and leaving reviews. Points are added to your account automatically.

Please note: shipping fees are excluded, and returned or refunded purchases will be deducted from your points balance.

When rewards become available, you’ll receive an email notification. If redeeming points for a voucher, simply apply your unique code at checkout.

Yes. Your tier status is reviewed every 12 months. Points must be redeemed within 12 months of being earned. You’ll receive a reminder before any points expire, and your dashboard will always show your current status.
