Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup flour
1 serve LAKOA Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Method
Whisk together the egg and milk. Add dry ingredients and mix together until smooth. Lightly oil a pan and add pancake measure. When bubbles rise to the surface, flip and cook the other side until golden. Top with greek yoghurt, berries and sugar free maple syrup.
Makes approx 4 pancakes.
