LAKOA Chocolate Protein Crackle

Ingredients
2 cups soy crisps
1 scoop (30g) LAKOA Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
250g Whittakers Dark Chocolate 50%
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 TBSP Forty Thieves peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
Method
Combine the soy crips and LAKOA chocolate whey protein isolate in a mixing bowl. Melt the dark chocolate. Mix in the coconut oil, maple syrup and peanut butter. Stir the soy crisps through the chocolate mix and press into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Set set in the fridge for a few hours before slicing! Enjoy!
