Raspberry & Salted Vanilla Smoothie

Who doesn't love a pink smoothie? especially one that delivers over 27g of protein!

Ingredients

1 medium frozen banana, broken into pieces 
200ml milk (I prefer unsweetened almond milk)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 scoop LAKOA Salted Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp peanut butter

Method

Add all ingredients to your blender, whizz and enjoy. The secret is using a frozen banana - it makes it extra creamy and delicious.
