Salted Vanilla Protein and Feijoa Loaf

Just like your grandma would make... but better.

Ingredients

1/2 cup of melted butter (or oil)
2 eggs
1 cup of brown sugar (you can use any sugar or syrup for sweetening)
1/2 cup of milk or yoghurt
2 cups of feijoa, roughly chopped
2 cups of flour
3 heaped tbsp of LAKOA Salted Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
2 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method

In a bowl whisk together butter, eggs, brown sugar and yoghurt. Add flour and baking powder and fold until combined. Add the diced feijoa, dont overmix! Pour into a greased and lined tin.


Baked at 170 degrees for 45-50mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
