Snickers Protein Bowl
Ingredients:
2 Medjool Dates thinly sliced
150g natural greek yoghurt (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 scoop LAKOA Salted Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
2 squares dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon crushed peanuts
Method
Slice dates and place on the bottom of a small bowl. Mix together the yoghurt, almond meal and protein powder and place on top of the dates. Melt together the chocolate with coconut oil. Pour over top of yoghurt, top with crushed peanuts and place in the fridge to set. Enjoy!
