- 1 c of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 c of greek yoghurt
- 1 serving of Lakoa salted vanilla protein powder
- 1 c of your favourite milk
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- Handful of ice
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy cold
