- 1 serving of Lakoa Chocolate protein powder
- 3/4 c Milk of your choice
- 3 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 sliced Banana
- 2 tbsp Granola
Method
Blend or mix your milk of choice with a serving of the Lakoa chocolate protein powder
Sprinkle in chia seeds and mix well. Leave in the fridge to thicken up for 30 minutes or overnight.
Once set, top with sliced banana and some crunchy granola
