- 1 serving of Lakoa salted vanilla protein powder
- ½ c Oats
- Water
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/4 c of stewed apples, pears and cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1/4 c of coconut yoghurt
- Sprinkle of hemp seeds
Method
Cook oats, water, chia seeds and protein powder in pot until oats are soft and mix is thickened to your liking.
Top with your favourite coconut yoghurt (I love the raglan Feijoa and apple one), peanut butter, stewed apples and a sprinkle of hemp seeds
